PSAS 1.15 released.

1. Fixed bugs when PSAS crashed on mobile hardware tools due to invalid virtual ports
2. Added CFI Nor flash detection to Jtag plugin
3. FULL wiggler support using Openocd / GDB Server :D (However, if you want to use scripts or want to flash really fast, better get a Segger Jink ARM EDU)
4. More code and speed improvements (like Samsung TFS Browser now also working on old Samsung phones like ZV10)
5. Better mobile hardware GUI (no longer scrolling through tabs needed)
6. Better WINCE support (improved itsutils.dll)
7. Generic Samsung dump functions in Governmental version 8. New skip bad block handling for qualcomm jtagging 9. Now jtag config is stored into the system registry
